Provisional Firefighter Positions (Internal Applicants Only)

Grant County Fire District #3 is accepting internal applications for the position of Provisional Firefighter. These are temporary positions for a period not to exceed six (6) months.

Position Information

• Number of Positions: 3
• Schedule: 48/96 shift schedule
• Starting Pay: $20.58 per hour
• Benefits: Retirement benefits only
• Anticipated Start Date: End of June / Beginning of July 2026

Desired Qualifications

• Firefighter I Certification (preferred, not required)
• EMT Certification (preferred, not required)
• Must be Interior Qualified
