Welcome to Grant County Fire District #3

Thank you for visiting our website! This platform is designed to provide valuable information to the public and to honor the dedicated individuals who make our district exceptional. At Grant County Fire District #3, every member plays a critical role in furthering our mission of fire prevention and life safety—from our volunteers to our paid staff, support personnel, and resident firefighters.

We are proud to serve the residents and visitors of the following communities and surrounding areas:

• Quincy
• Winchester
• Block 71
• Low Gap
• George
• Sunland Estates
• The Gorge
• Crescent Bar

Our district encompasses 503 square miles in Central Washington State. Quincy Valley is a unique community known for its rich agricultural heritage and its emergence as a tech hub, attracting international companies with open spaces, robust fiber optic networks, and affordable hydroelectric power.

I became Fire Chief in 2025, and I am excited to lead this outstanding department into the future. Together, we are constantly striving to improve our services and meet the evolving needs of our community. Some of our recent accomplishments include:

• Strategic Planning: Creating a clear roadmap for the district’s growth and development.
• Comprehensive Training: Equipping all members with top-tier skills through station drills, advanced training, and opportunities at the National Fire Academy.
• Modernized Infrastructure: Completing two major fire station projects to enhance service delivery.
• Equipment Upgrades: Investing in the best tools and apparatus to support our team’s success and safety.

I am incredibly proud of every member of Grant County Fire District #3. Their professionalism, dedication, and teamwork make our district stronger and ensure we can meet the needs of the community every day. They are your neighbors, friends, and family members, united in their commitment to protecting lives, property, and public trust.
