Grant County Fire District #3 Appoints David Durfee as Interim Chief
Grant County, August 14, 2024 – The Board of Commissioners for Grant County Fire District #3 is pleased to announce the appointment of Deputy Chief David Durfee as the Interim Chief, effective August 14, 2024. This decision follows Chief Liebelt’s announcement of taking family medical leave and subsequent retirement.
Interim Chief Durfee has been an integral part of our team, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic skills, and unwavering dedication to the values and goals of our District during his tenure as Deputy Chief.
